Online orders are only eligible for modifications within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is in production we cannot make changes to it. For modifications within the 24 hour window please email us at karen@birdiesriveroaks.com

Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of purchase in unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once items has been received and deemed unused. Merchandise can only be returned and not replaced.

Please note that we don’t accept returns on edible items.

 

Rates + Shipping

We are excited to offer pick-up at our Houston location.

If shipping, Birdie’s uses UPS exclusively for all domestic orders. We offer 2-Day, Next Day Air or Free Ground delivery for all orders shipped within the United Sates.

Upon shipment, UPS Ground can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush please choose 2nd day or Next day service. Birdie’s does not currently ship internationally.
